The Sempervivum is referred to as a “grocery store” on Google. However, it’s not just about stuff: high-quality cosmetics and organic coffee are available, and a local bakery regularly sells pastries. You can also enjoy a coffee or tea while having a good chat (in Japanese or via app). On the second floor there are regular events: Concerts, exhibitions or a pop up hair salon are worth a visit.
