WĂ€hrend wir in der Welt unterwegs sind, legten wir einen Zwischenstop in Beppu in Japan ein. Im Kiyoshima Apartment waren wir fĂŒr drei Monate Artists in Residenz. Als gemeinsames Projekt entwickelten die talentierte Omani Frei und ich ein Konzeptalbum unter dem Namen »Cat And The Sun«. Nun gibt es sieben Songs in sieben Sprachen, jeder mit einem eigenen Artwork versehen.
Die Songs sind hier verfĂŒgbar, auf den bekannten Streamingplattformen und als Booklet mit CD oder Tape erhĂ€ltlich. Ihr habt die volle Auswahl.

Das Booklet zur CD enthĂ€lt bearbeitete Fotografien aus Beppu. Die Fotos zeigen jeweils Orte, die fĂŒr uns auf die eine oder andere Art wichtig sind und mit denen uns eine Geschichte verbindet. In die Fotos sind die jeweiligen Songtexte eingearbeitet.
WĂ€hrend der Residenz erstellte ich in unregelmĂ€Ăigen AbstĂ€nden Berichte. Der letzte Monat ist dann nicht mehr verzeichnet, da die Arbeit am Projekt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch nahm.

This week was full of art. \o/ I tell you timely backwards our todays presentation for Beppu Art Month, my plan to have flyers of our exhibtions and concerts for the Art Fair Beppu, the new song of the CATS project in Italian language from Thursday with Hirai Masaya and a rehearsal of Nihongo-German songs from Wednesday.
